Coco-Peat.Com is an online store cum information website operated by Williams Enterprises, Coimbatore, India. Williams Enterprises is committed to provide good quality gardening inputs to gardeners in India through this website. As part of our commitment we wish to present below our terms and conditions for the sale of our products through this online medium.


    Most of the products are agro products that are used in gardening. The products that are shipped may not have the actual packaging you see in the website. Horticultural input products such as cocopeat and coconut husk chips blocks may get damaged during transit. This does not render the product unsuitable for use. Products sold through the website is meant for personal consumption only and not for resale. If you wish to resell the product, you must contact us directly.


    Your online purchases are made through PayU or PayTM Payment Gateways. You can also choose other payments such as Bank Transfer or Cheque / DD / Money Order. Please not that your order will only be processed on receipt of payment.

    On successful transaction, your order will be registered and the product will be shipped as soon as possible. The shipping details will be reflected in your order status as well as by email.

    Payments are handled by M/s. Pay Payments P. Ltd. (PayUBiz and PayUMoney) and M/s. One97 Communications Ltd. (PayTM). If for some reason, your account is debited but the transaction has not gone through, then the payment should be credited back to your account automatically within a few days. If however, your account is not credited for the failed transaction, then please check the same with your bank first and if not resolved, then with PayUBiz, PayUMoney or PayTM which you had selected at the time of checkout.


    We will attempt to despatch your ordered products as soon as possible and within a maximum period of one week. If for some reason, we are unable to despatch your order, we will cancel the order under intimation to you and initiate refund of your payment.


    Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, when the status of the order is in Processing status. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order status is Processed, Shipped or Completed or if 48 hours have passed. To cancel an order simply login to your account and navigate to Order History page where you will find the red Order Cancellation button.


    Due to the low cost and bulky nature of the agro products, agro products cannot be returned. Products such as gardening sensors, automation systems and similar products can be returned if found to be faulty. Some products may have a try or return policy which will be displayed under the product itself. Such products shall be returned within the time specified in the product description. Partially used product returns are not acceptable. All other non agro products must be returned within 4 days of delivery of the product.


    On receipt of the returned product, we will initiate refund of the payment through NEFT Bank transfer or by cheque / DD within 10 days of receipt of returns and you will get your refund.
